This first of two Early Years shape mastery units, packed full of hands-on, engaging, independent activity ideas and planned whole class and small group work to build on children’s emerging shape knowledge.

If you are following the Early Maths Mastery long term plan, this is Unit 5 and falls in Week 12 of the autumn term. A second shape mastery unit takes place in the spring term (this unit is not yet posted but will follow as soon as I can manage!)
