This lesson was designed for Social Studies taught within the UAE. It was created for mixed ability Y6 (Grade 5) students but could be suitable for any year group based on the content. The lesson involves students exploring the life and achievements of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. Great for incorporating themes within My Identity and Moral Education. Images were acquired with a search engine filtered to find images labeled for reuse. I hope that it saves you some valuable planning time.
