Show Don't Tell ( Creative writing)

This is a one lesson of a small series designed to help a lower ability class with creative writing in preparation for upcoming mocks and exams.

I have split this up into key components and tried to make each skill as simple as possible for my class - i know their strengths and weaknesses. I have also focused on descriptive writing and ignored narrative completely because i do not want to over-complicate the task or set them up for failure with a bad narrative.

This focuses on the skill of show don’t tell and builds upon prior knowledge from life and KS3 lessons.
