Skellig scheme of work 20 PPTed lessons

A scheme of 20 lessons based on 'Skellig' by David Almond. Taught with mixed ability year 7 classes - would suit weaker year 7 and 8 classes also. Lessons include: inference, language devices, facts and opinions, connotations, an outstanding OFSTED lesson on Blake's ('The Garden of Love'), summarising, sentence types and narrative techniques. HW tasks are also included and the lessons progress with the text chronologically.
