1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2 which allows students to investigate why we are following social distancing rules, how it helps lower the transmission of Covid 19 (coronavirus) and what the R-rate means. The lesson also allows students to discover why we have local and national lockdowns, the concept of herd immunity in simplified terms and why we need to shield the vulnerable.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.
