I used this template to deploy 6 staff members, which included 2 of the staff being 1:1 for the whole school day, plus there is a blank intervention timetable attached to the bottom. It is very detailed in terms of timings and deployment throughout the whole school day.
There are initials of staff members on the template, which can be removed when you edit this for your own school!
It took me a while to devise a deployment plan for the amount of needs in this cohort, so I think this timetable will be really useful if you are in a similar position!
