This is a great resource to pair with Stella Diaz Has Something to Say by Angela Dominguez. This award winning book is part of the Grades 3-5 Sunshine State Young Readers Award (SSYRA) Battle of the Books for 2019-2020. This resource is wonderful for independent, small group, and/or whole class reading comprehension. It is also perfect to help prepare for the Battle of the Books competition in 2020. My students love the variety in questions and comprehension strategies throughout the guide.
