Aimed at year 5/6, these resources are linked to the first 6 chapters of Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz . It includes 6 weeks worth of planning, Smart Notebook presentations (also snipped as PowerPoints ) worksheets and resources for all lessons. It covers balanced arguments, explanation, persuasion and narrative writing along with character study and editing. I have also planned for “Words of the Week” which are taken from the yr5/6 statutory word list and then embedded into the lessons. Enjoy!
