A very simple Science investigation to wow your children. Simply arrange skittles around the edge of a paper plate. If they can do it in a pattern the results will be better. Pour water on until it meets the sweets and then watch the amazing results! Word of caution - don’t let the children move the plate. What evolves is a rainbow of colour which amazes the children. Very simple, very effective and instant results. I used it as a simple experiment to improve the maturity of the science vocabulary of write ups when doing investigations.
