Created for my class - maths and literacy group cards, that I laminated and then could write on their I can title specific to their group. Also wrote on 'how' they were working (i.e independently, paired, group, with teacher etc)
These are editable so you can adapt group names. I put my back to back, so that there was one card put table, with one side being the literacy group that sat there and the other side being the numeracy group.
Very effective. The children love them and it demonstrates very well differentiated learning, if not by title but by organisation/support.

Great for KS2. Easy to edit cards which can have whatever you want written on them e.g. "I can" statements , WALT etc. If put on the tables, the children have very easy access to information relevant to them. Very good.
