Tasting & describing food

I'm far too nice to my pupils - for the final lesson on food with a small and lovely class, I brought in some food and they had to taste everything and fill in their opinions of it on a sheet. Needless to say, it went down very well...one lad had to be forcibly restrained from eating all of the brie, and went home loudly proclaiming that he was going to make his mum stop at the supermarket on the way home for 'some of that squishy French cheese'.
