Hi all,
Aside from a passion for literacy I also have a passion for health and well-being. Not just HWB of pupils but also for ourselves as teachers and educators. Teaching is the most rewarding job but it’s also one of the busiest!
I am a big believer in having a positive mindset and I think I am able to maintain this through planning and organising my life. From September I know that I am going to become busier than ever balancing my career, business and studying for my masters. I know that planning in advance and setting myself daily goals will help me to succeed in both my work life and personal life. I don’t think it’s necessary to have multiple plans but to find one or two that can really help you schedule and prioritise what you need to do to help you achieve your goals can be so useful.
This is an example of my Teacher Goal Setting Planner printable. I’ve tried to create a daily goal sheet where you can see on paper what you want to achieve that day. I’ve not just left space for things you want to achieve at work but also things that you want to achieve in your personal life that day. If you’re anything like me you will sacrifice doing that face mask to work for an extra hour. Having things written on paper helps you to be more accountable to complete not just your work goals but also creates time and space for you to look after you!

Hope you love this!
