The Book Thief Full SOW

Hello. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with the resource. This is a detailed and high-level scheme of work which focuses heavily the writer’s craft - to label it ‘a few activities’ is incredibly unfair. This is an almost 600 page novel and therefore I have picked out key moments from the text and explored these in depth, rather than a superficial glance over every chapter of the novel. If you’re simply looking for ways to keep students busy, this probably isn’t the scheme of work for you. If you want to teach students about the way that writers construct complicated texts and how they achieve effects, then I urge you give this scheme of work a go. You will, I’m sure, be pleased with what they learn.
