Boston Tea Party 1773 Coloring Poster is a detailed, historically themed black-and-white classroom colouring activity designed to reinforce students’ understanding of one of the most famous events leading to the American Revolution.

The poster features a large Boston Tea Party 1773 title and depicts colonists throwing chests of tea into Boston Harbor. The three ships involved — Dartmouth, Eleanor and Beaver — are clearly labelled, while the accompanying information panels explain the event and identify the Sons of Liberty, the Tea Act, the East India Company and the destruction of 342 chests of tea.

The poster also includes the famous phrase “NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!”, providing an opportunity to introduce or reinforce the colonists’ objections to British taxation.
