Dear Reader,

This is a 10 lessons set; it teaches on the introduction of the feudal system by the Normans. It aims to have students matching general knowledge and original sources while developing their writing ability. All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:

Describe what the feudal system was.
EXPLAIN how the Feudal system worked.
EVALUATE how the feudal system allowed William to control England.

Three tasks based on levels of difficulties. The third task is always writing matching the GCSE writing framework. The two first tasks are group or class-assessed, the third is individual and gives you the chance to go around the class and support writing on one on one.
Homework, reading resources and task templates are included.
This work should be ideal for a year 7 at the start of the year and is already set as slideshow.

Good luck
