A great non-fiction text analysing the history of aviation by NASA. The text is full of rich language ideal for guided reading, literacy, topic, booster/intervention.

The text starts off with the early stages of flight and examines the role pioneers Orville and Wilbur Wright played in the development of the aeroplane followed by World War I and the 'first air war' to current day and passenger jets.

Differentiated, mark scheme and key words with illustrations to support vocabulary development. Great buy!

Excellent questions and the illustrations of key words is impressive. My pupils enjoyed reading the text but want to read the whole chapter? Do you know where I can download it?
