Presentation designed for use as a starter or a plenary activity in KS2/3 English. There is also the option to use the printer friendly versions of all 10 tasks to provide meaningful activities for a cover lesson or homework. There are 10 challenges which all follow the same format. In each challenge the pupils are presented with two clues which, when decoded will give a pair of homophone words. When introduced from a whiteboard each activity should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and check.
