I created this resource for an interview lesson aimed at Year 10, intermediate students. It has been tried and tested and is an interactive lesson that can easily be extended into 3 lessons. This lesson will engage students with a range of kinaesthetic tasks. Teacher talk time is limited but clear explanation is provided of the formation of the passive voice and plenty of opportunity is given for students to try it out for themselves.

Not included is a jenga set! I stuck pieces of paper on each block and labelled them with transitive verbs. The instructions though, should be self-explanatory. Also, the Kahoot quiz which I used can be found by searching for ‘active or passive’ on Kahoot. Enjoy, hope it works for you.
