Travel back 100 years to uncover the history and significance of the Grave of the Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey. Pitched at KS1 and KS2 students, this Remembrance assembly looks at how Reverend David Railton devised a plan for one unknown soldier to be buried in this national memorial following the First World War. This assembly concludes with thoughts about how and why people of all faiths, or none, continue to remember fallen soldiers.
