Thomas Beckett and Henry. When friendship leads to omicide

This is a 3 lessons set; it looks at Beckett’s death and the the events before and after it. It aims to have students matching general knowledge and original sources while developing their writing ability. All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:
Tasks are usually based on original sources or look at collecting info and elaborating a theory.
All tasks are assessed and based on difficulty levels.
Homework, reading resources and task templates are included.
This work should be ideal for a year 7 or 8 class work at the start of the year, or inserted into medieval studies and is already set as slide show
