This isn't really a lesson in its own right, but the spreadsheet is a very nice way to compare experimental and theoretical probabilities more dynamically. I also found it interesting as it involves rolling 3 dice, rather than the well-worn path of two dice rolling. It would be really nice to see some simulations for subtraction as well! Be aware that when rolling many times, you will have to wait for it to generate all the numbers...
