At first it seemed so daunting, but with a department or school-wide approach it's made a huge difference. Most of these have only been used in the last 2 months, with startling results. NO crazy amounts of money being spent, no insanely long nights planning. Just simple steps that build up in difficulty to promote learning over time, stretching students a little further as they go.
