I used this to check the prior knowledge of my Year 8s by enlarging it to A3 and giving one sheet between two pupils so they could fill in as much as they could recall (walking round listening to their discussions about definitions enabled me to quickly identify gaps in understanding). I then gave them individual A4 sheets so that they could write in model answers for their notes. This resource would also be useful for GCSE revision and could be adapted for other topics.
