I’ve created these FREE one-page overviews to summarise the main concepts from the proposed Northern Ireland KS3 English Curriculum. Each poster includes the key knowledge, essential vocabulary, potential challenges, strengths of the approach and a few ideas for classroom implementation. These are based on my own professional judgement and feedback and are not definitive.
I hope they provide a helpful resource for departmental discussions, curriculum planning and professional reflection. They are certainly not intended to be definitive, but rather to stimulate conversation, invite constructive critique and encourage colleagues to explore how these ideas might shape their own KS3 English curriculum.
