Transition to Secondary School 2026 PSHE lesson. This transition lesson looks at things year 7 can do to make dealing with change easier, how to be organised and independent, friendship, asking for health, online safety and behaviour and getting the best from the year. Pictures demonstrate an example of slides included. We also have a pupil workbook which can be used alongside this resource and offer it in a tutor time format.
