Inspired by the birthday of Martin Gardner, I had a look at flexagons. These absolutely amazing shapes are well worth a visit, and definitely something worth bringing into the classroom. Attached are two links to videos by the amazing Vi Hart, which would make good introductions to the shapes, as well as a link to a variety of HexaFlexagon templates. I found that there was a lack of templates for the simpler TetraFlexagon, so I made the other file, which also has instructions on how to make it. Let me know what you think!
