Tudor Family Tree

This resource consists of a blank Tudor family tree template alongside a set of Tudor family information for learners to use to complete it. Students must read, interpret and organise the information to correctly place key members of the Tudor dynasty within the family tree. The activity helps develop historical knowledge, chronological understanding and literacy skills by encouraging learners to identify relationships between significant figures, including monarchs and their descendants. It can be used as an independent task, paired activity, revision exercise or assessment for learning to check students’ understanding of the Tudor family lineage.
