Health, Relaxation, Careers, Bullying, Internet Safety, Brexit + No Deal Brexit, LGBT+, Alcohol Awareness, Far-Right Extremism, Kindness, Careers, Fast Food, Exercise, Veganism, Transphobia, RSE, Asexuality, Feminism - more added regularly.
A range of 25 minute reading comprehensions on a range of current media issues to combine Citizenship with literacy.
Including: teenage mental health, Brexit opinions, Boris Johnson as new PM, women’s rights, consumerism, internet trolling, Black History Month, crazy online fads and quirkier reading packs on strange world movements such as the American ‘anti-vaxxers’. Also included, seasonal literacy focus sessions to implement whole school literacy through form time in a fun and topical way.
A range of topical quizzes for theme weeks and occasion days, e.g, Literature Quiz, World Book Day Quiz, LGBT+ Month Quiz, Healthy eating quizzes and PSHE debate generators, with more added throughout the year.
Each PSHE / SMSC session has, detailed PowerPoints and clip links and all are made by an experienced Head of Citizenship/PSHE and the pack also includes differentiated worksheets for the PSHE sessions. None of these resources are included in the Complete KS3 or KS4 PSHE Bundle (so if you use those you won’t have any repeats) and none of these are in the ‘2017/18 One Year of Tutor Time’ package either.
Suitable for KS3/4 but could be adapted. There’s a good mix of topics here, so hopefully something to suit every schools SMSC and Form Time plans.
