Two worksheets of questions on F = kx, force & extension of springs, Hooke’s Law and experimental technique. The second worksheet comes in two forms, traditional worksheet and online Google Form quiz.

Worksheet 1 - A worksheet discussing force-extension experiments, including plotting and interpreting force - extensions graphs, length, extension and spring constant calculations. The worksheet also requires students to think about reliability and accuracy, and is excellent practice for practical examination questions.

Worksheet 2 - F = kx calculation grid, requiring students to manipulate the F = kx equation. Harder questions use different units, and require the conversion of units.

The second worksheet comes with a link to a Google Form that can be used for students to enter their answers online. The Google Form will tell the students the correct answer after they submit theirs. The Google Form will also create a speadsheet for you with the students’ answers.
The worksheet also comes with a full set of answers.

I use this worksheet for my GCSE and IGCSE Physics classes in Mechanics topics.
