UKS2 History - The End of the Revoultionary War & The Treaty of Paris Reading Comprehension

American Revolutionary War reading comprehension about the end of the Revoultionary War and the eventual signing of the Treaty of Paris. The text focuses on the ending of fighting and the details about the treaty, and concludes with comprehension and grammar questions. It also contains an extension activity for fast-finishing students. Ideal for students learning about the American Revolutionary War between the ages of 9-13.

Time allowance ( one hour)
5 minutes - read through the text individually.
40 minutes - answer questions using the text as guidance (including extension activity)
15 minutes - Teacher and students go through the text and answers.
