This resource is designed for the new GCSE Biology in year 11 and covers: types of Reproduction, Meiosis and Mitosis, DNA and the human genome, Protein Synthesis and mutation, Genetics and Genetic Disorders, Embryo screening and sex determination. The topic has a comprehensive scheme of work organised by lesson with hyperlinked activities, worksheets, powerpoints and questions. Powerpoints have video clips hyperlinked and there is an end of unit test to assess learning objectives. This will save you hours of work

It was just okay, lots of lessons but they were very short. Three or four of these lessons could be fit in to one. Some links are just to bbc bitesize rather than a video. Some video links are not working (For example, the cystic fibrosis video). It didn't follow the curriculum completely (too much detail on some genetic disorders, questions were not properly presented like what you would find in a typical exam paper). Not worth £7! Needs updating and the over layout is messy.
