During the first lock down I wrote thirteen weekly well being bulletins for students which were sent out each week (and also posted on our website and Face book page for parents/carers to read). They are fairly short and snappy brief guides. Each guide shares key messages, tips and ideas from professionals on how to look after ourselves. As relevant as they were back then, the messages and advice are all the same now and can be used this time around too. The issues are titled as follows:

Routines and Joe Wicks
Mental Health Tips and Timetables
Happiness
Endorphins and Connect
Changing the way we think
Mindfulness
Holidays and Sleep
Five Ways to Well Being
Five Ways cont
Mindsets
Growth Mindsets
Screen Zombies
Motivation

On the last slide there is space for schools to add the email addresses of key members of staff (e.g. Head of Years and Safeguarding Leads)
