This activity can be used for small group work or as a whole class starter or plenary. A fun game for practicing some basic grammar. Children take turns picking a card from the bag and then completing what is written on the card. The 64 cards asks children such things as naming nouns, verbs or adjectives and using them in a sentence. Practising past tense words in sentences, using conjunctions or different sentence types. I have left this resource as a word document so that it can be altered to suit individual requirements.
