A single KS3 lesson that looks at the circumstances surrounding the murder of Archbishop Thomas Becket. Sources look at different pieces of evidence and interpretations and pupils will pull together their knowledge on a grid before writing up their conclusions. The assumption is that King Henry is responsible but pupils should see that it may not be so simple.
