The powerpoint is a starter to build up some key phrases for the roleplay activity. I leave it on the board throughout the lesson.
Divide the class into hotel receptionists & guests and give each pupil a card. Guests have to go around asking questions to find a hotel that would suit them - it's a bit tricky as they have to find one within their price range that has the facilities they want.
