I use this as a starter activity during a module on chocolate. The cards need cutting up so that students can try to work out which English and French sweet titles match. The sweet titles are taken from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl (both English and French versions of the book).

A fun starter activity idea! I think that this would work well with KS2 too where chocolate is often a theme, and the works of Roald Dahl always popular!
