A fully planned, resourced and ready to teach scheme of work for the novel Wonder, aimed primarily at Year 7 (but can be adapted to suit Year 6). Included is a unit overview, weekly lessons plans, a PowerPoint to accompany each lesson as well as all resources needed (differentiated ones included). All lessons cover reading, writing and spoken language skills and also includes a reading and writing assessment.
Hi. Great resource.
Wonder Week STP 7 is missing and so are the ppts supporting it. Please could you share the link. Thanks.

Hi! Thank you for the lovely feedback. I didn't create a STP for Week 7 as it was a revision/assessment week so I used practice test papers instead. Hope that makes sense.

I also didn't create any PPTs as I didn't feel they were needed but there are revision questions for the novel as well as an assessment.

Thank you so much for this! My only point is that the resources aren't number to link each one with the PPT's. :)

Thank you for the feedback. I could have numbered them but given the amount of resources, it would take me ages! There is a resource list next to each lesson on each weekly STP so hopefully that makes it straightforward to find the resources you need.

This is really comprehensive with some lovely ideas I can really imagine working in the classroom. My only complaints are that week 7 planning doc seems to be missing and lesson 15 PP wouldn’t open!

Hi!
Thank you for your lovely feedback :)
I'm not quite why Lesson 15 won't open; I have reuploaded it so hopefully it will now. If it doesn't, please let me know and I'll happily email it to you. I didn't create planning for Week 7 with it just being revision/test practice.

Very thorough resource with well thought out ideas - fabulous! Please could you add PowerPoint 7 as it doesn't seem to be there...

Thank you so much, means a lot :)
I have added it now for you. It is actually there already but for some reason the PPT is called Lesson 2 - READ instead of Lesson 7.
