Given 9 different scenarios, pupils are asked to balance their WEP equations.
If you, like me, find the way many textbooks teach WEP to be too full of different formulae and highly confusing at times deciding which bits of energy go where in the equation, you may have taught yourself the topic in a different way. I have tried to accumulate two seperate ways to approaching these problems. Firstly, through logical reasoning of balancing either side of the = sign before using a single formula a (very smart) colleague of mine introduced me to to show a ‘one fix trick’ to all their WEP woes. Please comment to let me know how your lessons go if you use it.
