A Unit test designed for the Cambridge International IGCSE Mathematics (0580) course, covering the early skills of Working with Graphs.
This includes:

  • Finding the equation of a straight line in the form y=mx+c
  • Understanding equations of parallel and perpendicular lines
  • Finding the midpoint of coordinates
  • Completing the Square on a quadratic equation to obtain the turning point
  • Using Speed/distance/time graphs
  • Plotting a quadratic using intercepts and turning points
  • Calculate the length of a line-segment
  • Find the equation of perpendicular bisectors

The test is aimed for Year 10 students (14/15), towards the start of the IGCSE course. This test follows the JLB Maths IGCSE Scheme of Work, and other tests in this series can be found on my profile.
