World War Two lesson which focuses on the Home Front and the Blitz. The lesson asks pupils to research areas of Britain which were targeted during the Blitz through helpful links. This is followed by a task where pupils decide if images of the Blitz would have been censored by the press in order to increase moral.

There is an additional finisher task of creating a news report with a BBC news template. This could stretch the lesson over two periods.
