A fun behaviour management tool.
The Wow board is a way to praise positive behaviour in the class. When the teacher sees a pupil showing positive behaviour, they write their name in one of the squares. When the board is full, the teacher will randomly pick a co-ordinate. The pupil’s name that is in the box can receive a reward e.g. extra break, prize box, sit by a friend.
