Write Your Own German Pop Song, Baby !
Pupils work in groups (perhaps later as solo artists) to create and perform their own German pop songs, selecting lyrics from 75 provided expressions.
This is designed to be a fun activity, which could easily last over several periods. The language used is everyday language and will be useful to help pupils cope with relationship break-ups in later life.
It could be done as a stand-alone lesson or as part of a sequence of lessons dealing with freetime/hobbies/music.
