THE TRACKER

• Enter class info and student names once on the Setup tab - all other tabs sync automatically
• Record raw scores for any task type (quiz, test, essay, project, presentation, lab report)
• Auto-calculated percentage average per student, per period
• Colour-coded bands (Exceeding, Meeting, Approaching, Not Meeting)
• Year Overview heatmap shows all periods side by side
• 30-student roster, 15 tasks per period, editable task names and max scores

THE COMMENT GENERATOR

• Type a student name and select gender - pronouns auto-fill throughout
• Pick Writing Type, Criterion, and Level (Not Meeting, Approaching, Meeting, Exceeding)
• Six comments appear - tick the ones you want to include
• Your paragraph auto-builds in the Your Comment box
• Copy and paste straight into your report card system

TOGETHER

• Check the Tracker to see which level each student is performing at
• Open the Generator and pick that exact level
