This is a series of five lessons that focus on structuring and writing speeches. The lessons lead up to a speaking and listening activity in which winners are elected for a whole-school competition. Each lesson should take around 40 minutes to deliver, allowing time for independent reading or a grammar activity at the beginning of each lesson.
