Repair and Expand helps pupils improve both sentence accuracy and meaning. Each session asks pupils to repair two sentences, then expand or reshape the first sentence using a focused prompt.

Designed for Year 3 pupils, typically aged 7–8, who can already write a simple sentence. Activities include grammar, punctuation and clarity of meaning.
