The final lesson of 5 lessons to revise the third section of the SATS reading papers. This section of the paper is usually harder with more inference based questions.
Each lesson uses different reading skills and has an activity for children to practise. This last section focuses on the reading skill of inference. It will look at one more of the three mark questions in the paper, but also allows children to practise the one mark inference questions. Children are required to ‘read between the lines’ within this piece of text; a hard skill for some. This lesson includes art to help generate those thoughts.
