This is an updated version of a previous resource. It is based on 15 lessons with pupils over 10 weeks. The basic knowledge is covered such as washing up, weighing and measuring, The Eatwell Guide and sustainability. The work helps to build the skills required should pupils choose to opt for GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition.
Along with the booklet is the Scheme of Work and the recipe booklet I use.
