Year 8 Food Project and Resources

A year 8 food technology project which I deliver over 10 weeks (3 lessons per fortnight). Some of the work has been adapted from ideas on here - hope you don't mind. Project works well. I encourage pupils to assess their skills to plan the final dish - the majority do choose an appropriate dish.
Also attached are the powerpoint presentations I use - I don't use them for the actual practical lessons as they have the recipe booklets (or should have) with them.
