I designed this to give to students in my house who had been nominated as 'stars' of the term by their tutor. It could be used by head of years too if you edit the resource. I photocopied it onto coloured card and then the tutors of the winning students pinned the certificates on tutor boards. Hope it helps you in rewarding students in your year, house or tutor group.
