This basic resource gives a series of steps and time limits which you can stick on the children's desks to ensure that they are ready to begin learning as soon as possible. I originally created this resource for use with SEN children but found that it worked great with my whole class!

There is also a criteria sheet (which was co-created by students) that they can self and peer assess as they go, and you as the teacher can use as well if you desire. This is a project based on the iconic Jurassic Park franchise to assess students knowledge about cells, DNA and evolution in a fun way.
